This extension is built to do one thing well: help you view and save the Instagram images you're already looking at — without collecting anything about you.

We don't collect your data.

No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, and no servers of our own. Nothing you do in the extension is ever sent to the developer or to any third party.

What the extension does

Runs only on instagram.com pages that you open yourself.
When you hover a profile picture, it shows a larger preview and can fetch a higher-resolution version of that same picture.
Saves an image to your device when — and only when — you click a download button.

Where your data goes (and doesn't)

Every network request the extension makes goes only to Instagram's own domains — www.instagram.com, i.instagram.com, and Instagram's image servers — using the session you are already logged into.

These requests happen solely in response to your actions: hovering a picture or clicking a download button. No request is ever sent anywhere else, and no intermediary server is involved.

What we store

Nothing persistent. The extension does not request Chrome's storage permission and keeps no database. Usernames and image links are held briefly in memory to power the preview and download, then discarded when you close or reload the page.

Saves an image to your device after you click a download button. Nothing is ever downloaded without your click.

Adds a single right-click item, “Open full-size image”.

instagram.com access

Lets the extension find the image under your cursor and fetch its full-resolution URL from Instagram, using your own logged-in session.

Children's privacy

This extension is a general-purpose utility, is not directed at children, and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the “Last updated” date above will change with it, and any material change will be reflected in the extension's Chrome Web Store listing.
